Vitamin C will help your immune system, but it will also help get rid of toxins that are stored in your body’s cells. You can take small doses throughout the day if you start to get an upset stomach from the Vitamin C.

6. Finally, make sure you get niacin. Niacin, and other B vitamin, are found to be a common deficiency among people who use drugs or alcohol often. Niacin will also speed up the process of marijuana detoxification. You will want to get supplements that will not cause your face to flush.
