I wonder how many people there are out there who have a drug problem and may suffer from hydrocodone abuse. I know that hydrocodone use is a growing problem it has not reached epidemic proportion but it is noteworthy and needs to be mentioned.

One reason for this is the steady influx of hydrocodone to the United States from foreign countries. That’s right drugs like vicodin are made in other countries and then sold over the internet. One can purchase drugs like vicodin and lortab over the Internet legally as well as illegally. There are ways to bypass having a prescription to purchase these drugs but you need to know that it is a Federal offense.

Now if you think you may have a problem with hydrocodone and want to stop using hydrocodone there is hope for you despite yourself. That’s right there are places today where one can go for help for hydrocodone.  One of these places you may want to seek help is commonly referred to as hydrocodone treatment. This is the best way I know of how to stop using hydrocodone.

If you go you will not have to concern yourself with the pain of withdrawal because this will be taken care of medically. Many people opt for this way to quit hydrocodone because they use suboxone for the opiate withdrawal and like I said for most people it will be for the most part quite painless.

There are also NA meetings held around the world so there are no more excuses of I just don’t know what to do. My personal preference is to suggest long term treatment. There you can live on the premises. This is great I have done this you can work or go to school while there. I chose to go to school and I am about to finish my bachelors degree. I never would have dreamed I could accomplish something like that. You can to if you start your new life in hydrocodone treatment.

I was a lost drug addict with 30 or more years of using under my belt so I think you get the picture. This kind of thing is now quite common these days. We do recover!! Last thing I will say is to give yourself a break and seek recover today do not put this off many people are dying every day from the horrors of addiction.

I wonder why it is that so many people today know so little about addiction to prescription drugs. I say this because you can see all kinds of things in the newspaper as well as on television about the new wave of heroin addiction but you here very little about hydrocodone in my opinion we need to inform them of how to get into hydrocodone treatment.
